Guestrooms Guidelines

Welcome to the Inn and Cottages at Orchard Gap. To assure the comfort of all guests, we ask that you please abide by the following. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.

This guestroom will be checked by the innkeepers immediately before and after your stay. Any damages to the room, furnishings, or contents are your responsibility and will be charged to you. Thank you in advance for taking care of our property so that others may also enjoy it.

You are welcome to make local phone calls from a phone in the living room of the inn. You may also make long distance calls from this phone by using your calling/credit card.
Wi-Fi connections are available. Contact the innkeeper for the access number.

All guest rooms have in-room refrigerators and microwaves. Breakfast is served in the dining area from 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. daily unless otherwise requested and is included in the room rate.

In-room coffee makers are located in each guestroom. Coffee and condiments are provided. If you need additional coffee, cream or sugar, please let us know. The coffee makers have an automatic one hour shutoff for safety purposes.

NO SMOKING or candle burning is permitted in the rooms. Cigarette receptacles / ash cans are located on the porches where smoking is permitted.

We cannot accommodate guest pets.

Check in time is 3:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M. unless approved by the innkeepers.

Coolers should remain on the porch or bathroom floor. There are ice trays in each refrigerator and if you need additional ice, we will be happy to get some for you. Ice buckets should be placed on bathroom or dressing table countertops.

The Inn’s rooms are designed to accommodate one to two people only.

For your safety, do not place feet or hands against the fireplace or near flames. Please follow operating directions on the wall timer in order to light and use fireplaces.
